Shipping Policy
At our computer store, we strive to provide fast and efficient shipping services to our customers. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options.
Standard Shipping: Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and will be delivered within 5-7 business days with standard shipping rates.
Expedited Shipping: Orders will be processed within 1 business day and will be delivered within 2-3 business days with extra shipping costs.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the availability of the product. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped so that you can keep track of your package. We currently offer shipping internationally.
Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. We offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply based on the product. Certain products that have been specified to have a "No Return Policy" are not subject to be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the product is defective, we will replace it or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Please note that we may require you to provide us with pictures or other evidence of the defect before we can process your return.
We do not accept returns on software products that have been opened or activated. We also do not accept returns on products that have been customized or modified in any way.
